Application

THPA can be used as alkyd resin modifier, epoxy resin curing agent, unsaturated polyester resin.

As an intermediate of organic synthesis raw materials, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride is generally used to produce alkyd resins and unsaturated polyester resins, coatings, and as a curing agent for epoxy resins, and is also used in pesticides, vulcanization regulators, plasticizers and surfactants.
